Hi, I was apqing on my main as usual when my vote came off cooldown. Logged onto Royals website with my alt acc (IGN: Proganic), typed in my other acc's IGN for the username and I definitely ticked the 'I'm not a robot' box. However, when I pressed 'vote', it came up with the 'we suspect you might be a robot' message. So I tried again and double checked that I ticked the 'I'm not a robot' box, but when I clicked 'vote' it said I'd already voted and told me to wait 1440 minutes. I logged onto Proganic and found that I didn't receive any NX.
If you check your alt you will probably find the 8k nx given to you. This has happened to me on rare occasions for reasons that I don't know too
