Hello, Ive been trying to vote for the last 2 days, i dont know whats wrong with the code, ive got accepted in the whitelist. me, my roomate and my gf trying to vote and is not working, everytime we try to vote says (you already voted, please wait 1439 minutes to vote again) thats 24 hours...... Really i have been having problems with this for so long as is so unfair that everyone is getting their sweet nx while i just cant... This is trully frustraiting. i might just quit...
Are you guys ensuring you're using different internet connections to vote (ie: one person uses home internet, someone else uses their mobile data)? You can only vote once every 24hrs per IP address, even on the whitelist, as that is GTOP's restriction.
Hi, Isn't that the purpose of the whitelist? And I haven't voted in 2 days, suddenly I tried to vote from my phone and straight away told me to wait 24 hours. I tried putting my gf account and the same 24 hours, then I tried to vote from my office computer and is showing me the same, at home the same. 3 different ips and I couldn't even vote once, guess that's gonna be the reason why we quit again, that happened to us before to us 3 and now is just getting annoying
There is no problem with the voting system. Only reason this would happens is because someone already vote, also caused by you playing on the same computer as someone who plays here which would cause your accounts to be connected.
3 different computers, one mobile phone. 2 different places, 3 completely different ips (counting the phone ip). Didn't vote in two days, couldn't vote in any of our 3 accounts, your answer? There is nothing wrong with the system. I'm a mechanical engineer and obviously have no idea how a simple process works......
Well obviously you are the first person of the hundred of thousands of votes to have a problem that is not fixable from your side. I apologize since you are an engineer someone like me can't help you, good luck.

@Jorge, HANDS UP! I HAVE THIS PROBLEM TOO! Same here, this issue had been bothering me since the last 2 days, so I think it was the server maintenance that screwed up this system I am a counter example that he is not the FIRST person, so please look into this issue.
It's all good, I just let it go. Just going to go to a server that doesn't reply "is your problem not ours" when it comes to bugs and problems. There is a reason why I took my time to report this, and is because is abnormal and is bothering me, also affecting the game for me.
If you logged in on someone else's computer be sure to log in on your computer again before vote, if no the system will recongnize you like the same person. If that's not the case, make a thread on character issues, I think that's the correct place to post this.
^ Before you go ahead and quit can you at least try to get everyone in the whiting list of yours to relog at the different locations and wait for everyone's cooldown to be up before voting? I have only once machine to play with, and Im logged in before the vote. When i realize its time to vote, i logged out to vote, and the system said i just voted 5min ago. the hell? i was logged in and afk for more than 30mins, then how the hell can I vote when i was logged in "5 min ago". So I would say its a bug. But apparently, the forum communities that I approached said "your problem is not my problem " / "thats too bad then".
Have you ever had a person over that plays royals? If not, have you ever logged into royals with a public wifi?
No. Im the only one at my home, no other human beings. I am playing with wired connection, not even wifi
It really feels like someone is voting before you but that shouldn't be possible as no one has access to your computer nor your internet. Tbh, i'd just make a thread in character issues & let an admin look into it as they will most likely find the problem! ^-^ (note : it can take some time)
