Solved [Solution Given] Voting Problems

Hey guys,
So I went online to vote today on my computer but when I put in my username and did all the stuff it said that I was wither logged in (which I wasnt) or my username was wrong (which it definitely wasnt..)...HALP

 

Just try and vote again, or use the character fix on the website if you are sure the server is up.

 

I just tried voting and it said the same thing...where do I find the character fix?

You can't be logged into the game when you vote
