IGNoorGuy22 So when I go to vote it said you have 14 minutes to wait then I waited and it let me go to the vote page then said i have to wait 23 hours. Is there a reason for this if so let me know why?

It means that someone has already voted using that IP address, could be someone playing royals, legends, saga or any of the other private servers. My guess is your voting on your phone and by doing so the Vote is counted from the cell tower IP. So someone else in your area already voted on that same tower. Just vote from your own personal WiFi at home and you won’t run into that problem. The two websites cool down will always be in sync.
