Awaiting Admin action wedding failed

    IGN: Jungseok, Yeonseok
    Problem: server crashed during the wedding
    Details: the wedding was halfway through when server crashed. I bought a new wedding ticket(chapel), but the NPC says I have already made a reservation.

    Yes, and the engagement rings are still in both of my characters' inventories. Could you help me fix it?

    Hi, my wedding was interrupted by a server crash a few months ago and it's still not fixed.
    Could you please help?
    If this problem can't be solved, I will delete my characters.
