    Thanks for responding to DMs.

    I have found your accounts and it turns out that you were caught hacking in 2017.

    Hacking results in a permanent ban so you as a player cannot play here anymore.

    I have no recollection of any hacking activity, and I am certain that I did not do such a thing. I would sincerely appreciate it if you could conduct an additional investigation into this matter.
