    I'm afraid it's up to John, Matt or Dustin to give a yay or nay on this, but I think it's unlikely you'll be unbanned, because of account sharing.

    It was originally my account at first, but I let him have it because he was lazy to make one. Then after he got banned he made his own account & got banned again lol.

    The account doesn't even have a level 30 character

    It takes literally 1 minute to create an account. I don't think that is a valid excuse for breaking the terms and conditions when it said; "You will be fully responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password and agree not to transfer your right to access the game via your username or password to any third person".

    I just don't see how me giving him an account with literally nothing on it gets me banned for account sharing ? It's not like there was a high levelled character on that account which we "power-levelled". I just gave it to him out of the kindness of me wanting him to play & to quickly join the server. So what if it literally takes 1 minute to make an account, people are lazy & I just happened to have a spare account.

    Yes I'm at fault for trying to log into it after him being banned for hacking but we're all human, we forget things.

    So you are saying we should have exceptions like, it's fine to train a character up to X level and it have X mesos and X items on it and then give it to another person? I don't think so. You should just not be giving accounts to other people in general. Like it says in the terms and conditions when you first registered. If you make accounts for other people, they are not going through the proper registration process and are not agreeing to the terms and conditions. So if you do want to get technical, then you agreed to the terms and conditions for that account, which you gave to somebody else, and they got banned for hacking on, then all your accounts should be banned for hacking since you took responsibility for whatever happened on that account.
