okay. if you contacted staff members through a PM, keep in mind their inbox is probably full of other PMs too. it takes time until they get to your message, man. i suggest being patient is a very good idea in this case. i hope you understand receiving a reply can take some time. but i always got a reply from staff when i contacted before, so you always get a reply in the end. they get many PMs each day, just need to be patient.
