Hello, did you try to GFX or did you just reduce the quality? If you did try to GFX, you could try doing it on a VMware (You could still GFX to be safe, not sure if it's needed) This is a guide on setting up the VMware mainly for HornTail, but I believe this should help you out if you are dcing even with the GFX. https://royals.ms/forum/threads/how...graphical-glitches-closing-your-client.16643/

You will need to wait for a GM's reply or someone familiar with the issue, hopefully they will be able to help you fix it.
Unfortunately, you can't just be given a Zakum Helmet. Other players have had issues just like this, and they were able to overcome them. Are you playing on a desktop or laptop, and what graphics card is being used?
I recommend going on Amazon or eBay and buying a cheap Radeon HD graphics card. I use Radeon cards and have no issues with Zakum or any other bosses, and I don't have to use gfx.
