IGN: Biolumines Problem: Password doesn't work on the MapleRoyals website Details: After a few years of not playing I finally returned to MapleRoyals. Naturally, I forgot some of my login credentials but finally managed to remember my old ID, Password, and 4 Digit Pin to my Lv.123 Bishop. However, I forgot what my 6 Digit PIC code was, so I tried logging into the MapleRoyals Account Manager to reset the code and it wont allow me to login. I can still login to the game to see my characters, but the site won't for whatever reason. Additional info: The last time I logged into this account was possibly 3-4 years ago.. It's been a while.. I'm not quite sure if this would be considered a Bug, or a Character Issue, or both.. I'm just looking for some help. If any other info is needed please let me know.. UPDATE: I finally managed to remember the PIC and login to the game. I'm still unable to login to the Control Panel though.
Might've been less time than that. I remember a long transition into the new source back when I was playing.. Either way, I can't login on the website to reset it...
Yup, still can't login to the main website with that account. I believe the issue resides in how old the account is. I believe you guys had a smaller character limit for passwords back then. My password is shorter than 8 characters long for that account.
If you are having issues to log in the control panel or reset the password, I would recommend to contact the Admin via this thread https://royals.ms/forum/threads/lost-email-or-username.154999/ The questions stated would be required for the Admins to verify your account ownership
