I've requested an Admin to look into this a bit further, since the only things I can access doesn't show me much. Hopefully Tim can clear this up! I would refrain from logging into your other accounts though, just as a precaution and to avoid any accidental ban evasions.

Can you please tell me what made you think I was hacking and on which account ? I never used hacks I train all my character mostly by leeching it with my bishop YuvalBebidud. Addisonre the one who got banned first is just my mule its lvl 17 from job quests and grinding for some time at bubble slimes.
Oh haha, I actually opened this mail when I was 9 years old and I didn’t know English, my cousin (who was 13) named it for me. It wouldn’t be very smart of me to open an email with the word hack if I was actually planning to hack I can show you (on private) email messages I got years ago to prove that this is my mail for over 10 years. looks like a bunch of unfortunate instances and choice of account details stacked up against you and got you caught up in a false ban for hacking, you should be able to play again now!
