    Hi,

I've returned to playing this server from March. Since then, my internet provider has suspended my internet connection due to "virus/malware" detection. They have suspended our connection for a total of 5 times, and mentioned that if we do not resolve the issue, it will be a permanent suspension.

None of our devices in our household have any virus or malwares (We reformatted all computers), and I suspect that my internet provider is possibly detecting MapleRoyals as the "virus/malware."On my computer, I have only made Mapleroyals an "exception" on my computer with windows defender, I do not have any anti-virus software.

I'm not sure what other steps I would need to do to ensure that my internet provider is not detecting MapleRoyals as a "virus/malware." I would like to continue playing this game without the concern of it being detecting by my internet provider.

Thank you for your time and consideration,

    ceetee

You sure no one in your household (or with access to your wifi like a neighbor or something) is getting dinged by your isp for torrenting?

Yeah, I checked with other family members and they do not torrent. Turns out what my isp is detecting is minerpanel? I don't think MapleRoyals would be detected as this. So maybe I can continue to play

That sounds like you have malware on a computer, I suggest running scans like Malware Bytes, Adwcleaner, Hitman Pro, and Rogue killer to check and clean your computers.
