Closed Missing Event NX Items

    Hey, a couple days ago I tried to transfer some items via Cash Shop to my other char on the same account.

    Upon logging onto my alt, the items disappeared:

    -Tedtacular Bearington
    -Santa Beard
    -Santa Hat

    Note: I've tried logging onto each character and checking the cash shop, but they've completely disappeared.

    I'd appreciate any help on the matter, thank you.

    Edit: May be worth mentioning, when I tried to trade to another alt of mine on a different account, it said "Trade unsuccessful"
