unable to log in

    keep getting

    error code: 38(Reached end of file.)

    I got this after retrieving my items from frederick and it seemed a 41atk 8luk clean skanda has vanished

    when i try to log in i click my character and it just goes black screen then gives me this code

    the 2nd server check seemed to fix it and my skanda was given back from frederick thanks
