Okay, so this suggestion is divided into two parts: PART 1: SPECIAL CHARACTERS What is special characters? Characters like Æ, Ø, Å, Â, Ñ etc. Why? Because people who communicate with eachother in their own language should be able to write without taking roads around and make it look stupid. If I speak Norwegian to a fellow Norwegian person, I'd rather write something like "drikker du øl?" (translation: do you drink beer?) instead of writing "drikker du ol?". A small feature that might make less confusion whilst writing or so. PART 2: IGNORE OPTION Why? Because someone might be annoying, so there could be a command to just mute the person for you (something like ~ignore [name]), which resets upon relogging. Could be used for people who annoys you in places (example: people who gets annoyed by broom in FM(!!!!!!!!!!!!)), so you can just mute them for you while you mind your own business or something.
Suggestion #1: Isn't possible with the v0.62 client. As far as I know only EU clients allow some special characters. Suggestion #2: Have you tried using the blacklist option in game, it should do the same thing as you are requesting, apart from not automatically removing them from the blacklist when you relog. Presuming it works, it hasn't been reported as not working anyway.
Does that mean it was changed in post-v.62? I suggest it on the current #1 server, and it got added and works there. And no, I didn't even know the blacklist was supposed to do so, but it was more of a suggestion for those who are annoyed by people who might typ liek dizz or just someone who are annoying.
