    Seems like you were caught up in a ban related to the IP you were trying to connect from. You can play on hot-spot, shouldn't be a problem most of the time.

    @Gert, Do I have to call the ISP? Sorry, I want to figure out if I need to talk to landlord so I don't need to hotspot everytime I play.
