Iv tried a diffrent hotspot from diffrent phone . and it works fine. Can it be an ip block and not account block maybe?
Yeah, it seems like you're just trying to connect from a banned IP. You are not actually banned. If you can't connect from that hotspot at work, I wouldn't try to use it anymore.
Will using VPN will be ok ? Becouse iv downloded now.. works fine. it wont do any problems later right? btw. that hotspot . is my phone. So basicly it will be needed to use alot. any way to unblock it?
As long as the VPN provides you with your own, unused private IP address, you'll be fine. If it assigns you used IPs, you may get one that a hacker has used and be banned again.
