    Last thing you did: haven't played for a year+ (i had to get help restoring my account because i couldn't log in)
    Why do you think you got banned?: not sure if im banned (i just get unable to connect to game server on multiple different IPs)
    Ban message when attempting to log in: unable to connect to game server
