Hello GM's

I disconnected from the game because I had to go out to attend to an urgent matter, but before I left my buyer I left him a pm saying that I wanted to return his money. I connected an hour later and completed the service. Name buyer : VVaIter. I apologized and he accepted them, I don't understand why I ended up banned.
