    These nightmares and flashbacks got to stop. It has been more than a god damn year.

    Sometimes I wondered if I've fully recovered from the episode. Maybe my subconscious is convinced that I have, especially after going through countless sessions of counselling.

    Perhaps there is still some remnants in the deep recesses of my mind. Or maybe because a tiny part of me still cares. For what reasons, I don't know. It's not something that can be explained.

    I don't know. Maybe a proper closure might be good.. But that seems a little too impossible, far fetched and selfish.

    Back to sleep...
