Finished getting the token of strength --> Went to El Nath to do quiz quest --> Got 3rd Job --> Tried out Avenger for a few min --> Left for DnD Session with friends. I do have the newest client version available on the site downloaded. (Even did some of the Oktoberfest quests) I have tried restarting my computer and re-downloading/installing the client, same errors. Why do you think you got banned?: Maybe the server has an issue with Hamachi? I had opened the client for the first time while playing to try out a DnD session with friends. (Not sure, only thing I could recall as being a new thing I've done while playing the game) Ban message when attempting to log in: I can log-in --> Server Select --> Channel Select --> Character Select --> Enter PIN --> Crashes and reports "You have been disconnected from the log-in server. Please try again" What GM banned you (optional): No Idea
Hi! Could you please restart your router, modem and computer to see if your issues are fixed? Also, have you tried logging in without having Hamachi running in the background?
Thanks so much for the prompt reply. I have restarted my router, still to no avail. I have also made sure to try running the client without Hamachi on, unfortunately that also did not work.
I have checked on the accounts that you have listed and from what I can see, you do not seem to be banned. Could you please start a thread in the Technical Help section to see if you may get some assistance there?
