I'm hoping you guys can see the error above. I log in --> Server Select --> Channel Select --> Character select --> Enter PIN --> Then the above error shows up and the game crashes. Has anyone found a solution for this problem yet? -I have confirmed that I am not banned: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/ban-appeal.173961/#post-1016756 -I have restarted my computer, router/modem, and it persists. -I have downloaded and installed the newest version of the client as posted on the download page. What else should I try?
I did first run into this issue yesterday. However, I've had Hamachi installed since the middle of this past week. However, yesterday was the first time I connected to someone else using Hamachi.
I would try ending the process of Hamachi via Task Manager and attempt to log in again Sometimes even if the software isn't activated, it may still run in the background
I've made sure to terminate all processes related to LMI Hamachi. It still runs into the same crash error.
I would try the following basic troubleshooting then 1) Windows Update + restart 2) Make new character and login it And also just to confirm, your PC does not have NordVPN installed right?
1) There are no recent updates for me to install. I have tried restarting and running. Didn't work. 2) I don't have any character slots left to make a new character and log-in. I do not use NordVPN
Are you able to test login with another account, or a new account? Just wanna confirm does it affect only one account (would be account-specific issue), or does it affect all of your accounts (should be PC settings related issue)
Hi Dave, I was able to fix it. If you need it for future reference. I went online and just found the latest version of windows and reinstalled it. That should help as another line of defense if you need it.
