Hi there yesterday i scrolled a hat i have using a 100% scroll. all seemed fine untill today i checked my inv and realised my white scroll vanished thing is i did not see any prompt asking whether i would like to use it. im really bummed about it and was wondering if i can get another scroll. it was a 100% scroll and there was no reason for me to use a whitescroll so there was no abuse of power even if it were intentional. it was also the only thing of real value i had
did you use legendary spirit to scroll? by default the "Use White Scroll" option will be checked if you have a ws in inventory
For it to disappear, it must have been used, put in storage, or sold. We don't have any possible bugs that could cause a scroll to go away without a valid use or reason...
i belive it was used but i am sure i did knot see a prompt asking me if id like to use it. if you want you can check my account it dosent have it anywhere and it was im my use on my bandit. i scrolled a hat and next day its gone most likely it was used but i would sure not pick to use it on porpose. can you by any chance replace it?
No, unfortunately we can not refund for player mistakes. Most likely you used the Legendary Spirit Skill and the box to use a White Scroll was left checked.
