IGN: MICKEYxMOUSE Problem: Voted but didn't get NX Details:I have vote every day, and today's 29/9/2020 should be 405,850. But I found only 373,850 inside. Two days less vote is nx 32,000.

Usually, players are unable to gain the NX is because the vote did not go through, not because Royals blocked the vote I can only recommend you to try vote again if your vote for today did not go through
I obviously have vote... now you're sure that there's no problem with the system! It's no fun for me to play anymore. didn't the 32,000 nx give me back? From maple story to this... loyal fan... is this fair to me? I really didn't lie to you. what's good for me? I'm just playing games... please, please.
Unfortunately whatever NX you're not receiving is due to issues either on your end or on gtop's end, and is not something we can refund. I have moved this thread to the Technical Help section so that you may receive proper assistance on the matter. In the mean time, please look through the troubleshooting guide that Dave linked earlier, and search through the forums to see how other players have resolved similar issues.
I think that Royals processed your vote when you try to vote from the Royals website (homepage->click on "Vote for NX"->enter your user ID) and it tells you that you have already voted. So, if you feel like your vote has gone through and you want to check, enter your user ID in the Royals' "Vote for NX" page. If it prompts you to vote, that means it did not process your vote.
I have tested several times when players reported vote issues and can confirmed the vote is working (received the NX)
