Alright, well both of you are permanently banned for a major account sharing infraction. This falls under the latter punishment due to the fact that we deem this infraction as major. A minor infraction would be if you logged into their account to close a shop or walk around a town. Your brother passing the account with Acuity to you lead to both of your permanent bans.
