IGN: Sebile Problem: The server crashed about 2 minutes after we finished our zak run. After the rollback, I can see that I'm missing the drops and exp from the run. Details: The video shows zak dying, me picking up the 100, 250, and 5k nx card, and the following server crash. My current situation (screenshot) shows my inventory is missing 1 of each card (compared with the video) along with a missing chunk of EXP. The video contains my account ID which I'd rather not post publicly but if an admin/GM opens a conversation with me then I will send the video and screenshot to them for verification. I was hoping I could have either the 3 nx cards or an eye of fire returned to my inventory (or whatever your refund policies allow)
