Closed Characters gone?

    I just came back after a break from playing royals and I tried logging into my some of my accounts but realised my characters are no longer there? They are all storage/mule accounts and i think their IGNs are noot2, noot3 and noot4 (?). May I know what happened to them and is there any way of getting them back?

    Staff do not delete characters without permission, are you sure you have logged into the right accounts?

    I am quite sure I have logged into the right accounts, I have logged into all my accounts to be sure but I still don't see my characters anywhere
