Last thing you did: I cannot remember, the last time i played was some time back.
Why do you think you got banned?: Not sure.
Ban message when attempting to log in: ID Deleted or Connection Blocked
What GM banned you (optional): No idea, it is not mentioned.

I just returned and wanted to replay MapleRoyals, but was found with the abovementioned Message when trying to login.

My apologies, but i am unable to recall if there are any other characters in my account as the last time i played was some time ago. Nonetheless, i managed to login at the control panel to change my password and email verification but still unable to login. ty

 

Please do let me know how else i can help to find out about my account.

I tried to connect to my another account (diff Account ID - Skyzloki or skylokiz), and i was able to login. But unable to login my main account - SkyRevz.

Just to clarify, the above Skyzloki or Skylokiz are my character ID not Account ID. ty

I might have gotten the character wrong if that's the case. Because when i tried to login using the account ID (which i cannot divulge here).

May i check if there's any way for me to check for such information so as to regain access to my account?

As when i try it still says account access blocked from connection.

I tried to check my past photos of my maplestory account and happened to chance upon the id.

I think the affected account char id is SkyHonorz.

Your account was banned because it was hacked and needs to be recovered. Please use the control panel to reset the PIN, PIC, and password of the account related to SkyHonorz, and you will be unbanned.
