    Hello,

    I've recently been trying to log into my account, and I can get to the character screen. After entering my PIC/PIN on the character screen, it just goes black and crashes saying:

    "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later."

    I have tried both resolution and it does not help

    Can any GM help me out?

    Nope i do not have VPN install. Have checked through it.

    Just to confirm, when was your last installation of the files?
    Are you using the latest game files?

    And does your game crash for all of your accounts?

    My last installation is probably 3 days ago. Always download and uninstall.. hoping for a miracle but it doesn't seem to work.

    I only got one character in my account. Even i create a new character, same issue occur.
