I tried restarting the router and modem, still received the same error message. However, I tried using another wifi connection, I managed to login after the character selection, but received another message 'You have been disconnected from the server. Please try again.'

Yeap, we are living together so we used to play together too.

 

Unfortunately, your boyfriend was banned for macro botting while he was playing on your computer and therefore, your MAC address has been banned too.

Don't think he's aware about macro-playing is against the rules and has any intention to go against the rules at that point of time. My bad for not letting him know too..

 

I'm sorry but not knowing the rules is not a valid excuse for breaking them as the rules were stated at the beginning upon account creation and log-in, so your boyfriend will have to remain permanently banned.
