Closed Had Connection Issues, Installed Private VPN, Possibly got banned since IP changed

Last thing you did: Haven't played on this server yet, wanted to play with a friend and kept having connection issues, troubleshooted for a couple hours before I decided that using a VPN would save me heartache
Why do you think you got banned?: Changing IP
Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection

For reference I purchased NordVPN and set my IP to stay static on one of their servers

P.S. I got my fingers crossed this'll work afterwards because my friend is really itching to play with me

It seems like you're connecting from a banned IP address. Could you try disconnecting from the VPN and see if it helps? Otherwise, could you try connecting to a different server on the VPN?

So I was able to login, but when I was about to login onto my character the window closed and gave the error: You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later

Your IP doesn't seem to be banned this time so it could potentially be a MAC issue. Could you please send me a PM containing your MAC address?
