Your account was hacked and subsequently banned due to poor security. Please use the control panel on the main website to change your password, PIN and PIC and let me know once you have done that so I can unban you
Hi Chee! Thank you for your quick response! I changed my password to one that's much more secure and reset the PIN and PIC. It says I cannot select a new PIN or PIC until I log in. Thanks again!
