Closed weird ban

ALL Your Character Names: Polarcubs and I have a bishop lv 140 in different account whichc is also banned I dont remember the rest
Last thing you did: I left the game over 2 & Half years?
Why do you think you got banned?: account deleted due to inactivity

Please change your password, PIN and PIC using our Control Panel and let me know once you've done that so that I may proceed with unbanning your account.

Also, could you please PM me with any details that you can remember about the account containing the lv140 bishop so that I can find out whether it has been affected by the ban? Thanks!
