Just finished pierre and logged out to log in again and can't log in.

 

You have been permanently banned for three offenses of harassment.

There is evidence you insulted and threatened another player. Unless you can procure evidence that proves your innocence, I will be closing this thread and denying your appeal.

 

I saw in the chat he thinks I threatened him when I said he shouldn't have done that (defaming me).
That is NOT a threat. This is the guy who wished me into a gulag. And kai banned him 3 days. He defamed me in Pierre yesterday. Then he defamed my bishop and my NL. So I am being punished for this guy starting with me again? what evidence am I supposed to get? I didn't do anything but stick up for myself. I do my best to stay away from people in this game for 4 years now. And for someone to chase me down and defame me for what? I was fighting in Pierre not bothering anyone. Also, insulting?? How many times have I been insulted in this game and not write up a report? I have been called a lot of names and never felt the need to cry about it.

 

That is your decision not to report players for apparent wrongdoing. This ban is about how you treat other players; not how they treat you.

Your accusations are untrue. You have also been previously banned two years ago, so apparently you didn't try hard enough to stay away from people. The appeal is denied.

 

Wow. How sad. I bet Evan put you up to this. How does one get banned for saying you shouldn't have done that? Insulted rly? Threatened? I don't know how a player who has been here for 4 years and donated my ass off to this game can be permabanned just like that when another player cries and threatens ME.

 

I tried to explain some of those past offenses before. Also, I have not been involved with anyone or any offenses the last 2 years. Which is why I was surprised that I am perma due to words (you shouldn't have done that) meaning why would you defame me out of the blue? He considered that threatening. I was deeply offended by him a few months ago saying he wished I was in a Gulag. I didn't know who he even was coming out of Pierre and seeing him defame me and my bishop and my nl all in 1 day. Then I find out he is the guy that said that to me. I've been here 4 years working on my characters and go out of my way to not talk to anyone. This is something he started and now I am paying the price.

Those ks charges are still not right. But I can't do anything about it. That had to do with Lyka 2 yrs ago. Where people loved to come to the map and ks. Nothing I could do about it as I was on my bishop on the 2nd step.

And no, I called him an ass. Which is not bad considering the things people in this game say to others. So he was insulted by that?

I still think it is harsh to permaban someone who never hacked, vote abused,or spammed smegas... He was doing his best to have me banned which is what he did.

If I can be unbanned like I told Matt, I would block him and not attend any events where there are people around. I only talk to TrickelShot ingame my game hub.


Also I didn't see the word harassment when I got banned. I saw insult? threaten?

 

2 years ago meaning I have stayed away from toxic people for 2 years. That was hard to do.
