ALL Your Character Names: Marcin, lvl50+ fighter, Demarcus, lvl70+ I/L Last thing you did: Ellinia potion shop, gave someone a Maple Rohen Why do you think you got banned?: I have no idea- I logged in around May/June of this year for a few minutes, tried logging in last week to find out I was banned. I assume this is a safety precaution. I've changed my password for increased security. Ban message when attempting to log in: This ID has been deleted or blocked from connection. What GM banned you (optional): GMs, please also review my private thread where I wish to recover one of my other accounts for which I don't have a valid email and forgot the PIN. Thank you!
I'm sorry, I am unable to find the IGN that you have provided. Are you sure that it is the right one? Do you have any other characters?
It seems like your accounts were hacked due to poor security measures and subsequently banned as a precaution. Please change your login details such as your passwords, PIN and PIC for your accounts and let me know once you've done that so that I may unban you
I updated my login details for the account in the post. Additionally, not sure if you have the capacity to help, but I have a post requesting access to my main account for which I've forgotten the PIN and don't have the email available (under Support > Admin Support). Would appreciate if you have a sec to look at that. Either way, thank you for the help!
Was your main account not one of those above? If so, could you please list an IGN from your main account so that I may check on it? I've also unbanned your account above. You should be able to login now. I don't have any access to Admin Support but I'm sure that an admin will look into your request as soon as they can

Yes, I've previously unbanned it as it was already stated above. Do you not remember the e-mail address that you used to register the accounts with?
I've tried all my emails, so I believe I entered an invalid email when registering back then. Didn't think I'd ever get in this scenario!
