earlier today, i was converting my nx on Uouoy into ap resets. i started with ~5m nx and currently have around 500k left, so i bought around 1500 aprs i left the cash shop for awhile (leaving the ap resets inside) and when i tried to re-enter, my character started disconnecting every single time. please let me know if you need a video of this i've tried: 1. entering cs on a number of my other accounts - no issues at all 2. entering cs on another character in the same account - still keeps disconnecting from the above, i think it might be because i have too many ap resets (or items) in my cs inventory and not a bugged equip or item could i please get the ap resets shifted or nx refunded so that i can transfer them out?
Sorry that this is taking long to resolve, we are not sure what is causing it, so will be using a backup created during this upcoming server check to try and figure out the issue locally. Hopefully shouldn't be much longer.
We believe we have located the issue, and are working on fixing it to ensure that this never happens to anyone again. You should be able to enter the CS soon. Sorry for the wait.
