Hi, it seems that your account was hacked due to poor account and subsequently banned. Could you please change your login details such as your passwords, PIN and PIC via our Control Panel on our main website and let me know once you've done that?
Ah bummer, I just changed my email, pw, and PIN. I'm having trouble with the PIC reset sending an email but will try again! edit: Just reset PIC too
