@Chee I'm sorry can you elaborate on this please, I never used any hacking program or know how to T_T, perhaps there was a bug or someone hacking in the map that I'm not aware of?
You were seen in a map where the monsters were grouped together and you were not taking any damage from them when you should have been.
@Chee Thank you for your reply, but I sincerely don't think that was going on because I still burn pots and use heal a lot. And I remember there was a time I got suddenly disconnected and can't log back for a while yesterday, maybe my account was stuck and thus received no damage for that moment?
There is evidence of your character standing amidst a group of enemies and not taking damage at all. This wouldn't be any lag issues, as your character would still be hit even if lagging.
@Muff thank you for your reply, it is really hard to prove what I haven't done because I simply didn't do anything illegal. My connection is unstable at time, such as when I spam skills, the mobs just freeze and not taking any damage, I don't know if that's the case for me. I'm not apologizing or begging for anything because I simply didn't do anything, if you already deleted my character then I guess this is where I move on. I understand that to the game staff, a wrongful ban is better than a wrongful unban and I do respect that.
