Where are you having an issue(s):

    Starting the game

Date and Time when issue(s) occurred (GMT):

Once game was downloaded onto laptop, 11/24/2020 at 930pm

    Details of the issue:

When clicking the shortcut a window pops up asking, "do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes to your device?". I click yes yet every time the game just doesn't run. There are no other errors or anything. I have Windows 10. There is also a shield next to the shortcut as though it's asking for administrative permissions I think. See screenshot attached. I have reinstalled the game and my laptop is up to date.

What error code were you given(if any):

No errors, just pop up window saying, "do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes to your device?"

There are a couple of things you can try:
    - If you open task manager, check to make sure there aren't any hanging MapleRoyals processes going on.
    - You can check to see if your antivirus or if windows defender is blocking it.
add the entire MapleRoyals folder as an exclusion.
-You can try changing the compatibility options on the application, also have it to run as administrator.
right click the exe > Properties > Compatibility > and change it there.
-You can change your display settings.
Display Settings -> Advanced Display Settings -> Display Adapter Properties -> Select the "Monitor" tab -> and change the screen refresh rate from 59Hz to 60Hz and press Apply.
Can you also provide a Screenshot of your MapleRoyals folder and all of the files.

So it looks like it was my antivirus. I disabled it when playing (webroot) and it opens up fine. Thank you so much!
