Hi. I made a mage a few months ago and I've forgotten the username attached to the character. I do however, remember the PIC and the password. I believe that the IGN should be FireWagon. It should be pretty low level if not still a magician. Thanks.
You could use your email linked to your account with your magician in it to retrieve back your username and password.
Unfortunately you won't be able to use the Control Panel to reset your account info without a username (you can try guessing lol). Otherwise, I would follow this guide to request Admin assistance for manual account recovery.
Yeah I forgot what email I used too lol. I went through all of my emails to see if I could find a registration email for the account but came up empty. I guess I'll try to go through admin assistance for account recovery.
