    My friend told me not to do that because the same thing happened to her Santa girl outfit last time and she put it into her cash shop inventory, log off and when she logged back on the item disappeared in the cash shop inventory

    It's a way to verify if the NX is bugged

    Upon disappearing, the Admin is able to check logs and confirmed it's bugged

    If your friend did not request for the item recovery yet, she may do so as well too (at her own thread)

    Meaning even if it disappears, I’ll be able to retrieve it after? Do I need to record a video of it?

    The Admins is able to check the log if it disappeared

    You may take a full, uncropped screenshot if you wish to retain a proof

    Upon verifying, the Admins will refund the item at a server check
