    Hi there GMs,

    IGN :
    Prothero

    Problem :
Voted for 4 days but only got NX for 2 days.

    Details :
I have been voting everyday since 24 November 2020 to 27 November 2020 through the web browser.

However, I did not check in-game after voting everyday because I am bit busy so I just made sure that I voted everyday through browser.

So today 27 November is day 4 which I am supposed to gather 32k NX already (Woo hoo I can buy Gacha tix for 30k!)

But to my dismay, when I log in game to check, I only have 16k NX.

Can you check on my account? I don't want to put my account name here, but hopefully we can work something out through another platform of communication.

Below is the closes thing I can find on the proof that I have voted everyday from 24 November to 27 November 2020.

Hope this issue can be resolved, thanks! :)

    Regards,
    Prothero

Hello, this thread has been moved to the Technical Help section. GTop often has issues properly processing votes, where even if the website tells you that you voted successfully it actually does not go through. So always check back with the MapleRoyals voting page to tell you that you've already voted. I suggest taking a look through this guide to troubleshoot any additional voting issues you might have.

    Hi Sen,

Ok noted on that. But everytime I voted I made sure it says "Thank You for voting" so I am pretty sure the vote went through.

So am I getting the 16k NX i missed, or are you guys just getting the free votes? Can't you guys check some kind of log to check if my vote went through? I am 110% sure my vote went through in GTOP.

    Thanks.

When GTop tells you "Thank you for voting" it does not necessarily mean that your vote was processed successfully. GTop has a habit of being extremely fickle with processing votes properly and often requires players to be extra attentive. Like I said, check back on the MapleRoyals voting page and make sure that it tells you "You have already voted" and look through the troubleshooting guide to help avoid these issues. Unfortunately there is nothing to refund as if you did not receive your NX, it can only mean that your vote was not received through GTop and cannot be remedied through anything on the server's end. Let me know if you need any additional technical assistance on the matter.

For your information, I have voted every day before and it always comes up in game (Got the 8k NX everyday).

Now I have no idea why it doesn't register in game. I was hoping that you guys are able to refund the NX.

I already gave the best proof I can find that I have voted everyday. I even had a calendar reminder to remind me everyday to vote for the server.

Well the only reason I opened this thread is to get the NX which I'm supposed to get, if that's not enough for you, nevermind then.

No point voting for this server if that's the case.

Close the thread then, waste of time trying to prove my point.

    Thanks.
