My little sister is 10 years old, still in pre-school, so when she played, she always needed assistances with she was doing. Most of the time, I will try to answer her question in game. But there could be once or twice where she asked me to come to her room and provide her with assistance on her character. As a older brother, I was used to help/protect my little sister as much as I can, but I guess I was not suppose to do that in this game! We didn't know we will ban permanent ban for this kind of issue, we deeply apologize all the troubles that this might have caused and would kindly ask the Staffs and GMs to give us a second chance (instead of permanent ban), and we will guarantee not to repeat the same mistake in the future. She created the account herself, and i don't her password and pins. When she had questions about Maplestory (maps / quests / skills), i generally helped her in game but there could once or twice where she invited me to her room and provided her with some small assistants. Small assistants includes: questions about Mapleroyals (maps / quests / skills). Most of the time, it is related to where to click to do certain stuffs and how to get to certain places. My Character name: BabeShark Her Character name: RosyXD I think the both accounts got banned for the same reason? Both of us were not able to login to our own individual account after a server check. GM Muff, once again, thank you for looking into this case for us.
It was my mistake, my intention was to ask if GMs to give my little sister a second chance for the mistake. But after reading other ban appeal posts, i realized i should have included both character's name and explain the relationship between both players in a clear manner. Apologize for the confusion that this might have caused.
@Muff Hi GM Muff, I know its holiday season and i totally understand how busy it is for staffs in MapleRoyals. I am not trying to bump my ticket here as i know staffs will get to me accordingly. So you are saying you are not RosyxD and that is your 10 year old sister, who plays from her own computer. However, you appealed with her IGN, you have her IGN listed on your forum information, and your connection details for both accounts are identical. Furthermore, while you were on her character RosyxD you were sellling leech and admitted that you were not the account owner playing on it, and that she wasn't there. Your appeal is denied and the permanent ban for major account sharing stands.
