Let's discuss: do you think this deserves an unban?

There is something fundamentally wrong with the priorities of the server owner, admins, and GMs if we are allowing blatant sexual harassment to pass through while imposing a police state that permanently removes players from the game for saying “c-word” in a semi public area. Like come on.

Regardless, there is no excuse or any additional context needed beyond the first screenshot - it is absolutely, unequivocally harassment. No additional comments or contextual evidence could ever justify that behaviour.

 

Why would people not take fall for their action if its over 48 hours old? How about instead of this stupid rule maybe we teach people to not behave like perverts?

I don't see anyone making a 48 hours deadline on RWT... is people's feeling and protection not important?

 

He can be concerned about a "weaponized ban meta" but this case is not that -- The reported behavior is disgustingly offensive and is clearly harassment. The fact that timK sees nothing wrong with Raonys behavior speaks volumes about his own values.

I wonder how deeps Raonys balls are down tim's throat rn.

I started playing here in May so I'm fairly new to the server. I don't know the long relationships that the people here have developed with each other.

From what I've gathered,

ioopy was banned for saying something racist - I wholeheartedly support this ban. I don't know him personally, but always say no to racism.

The case we are dealing with here is that Tim (and most of staff so it seems) believe that Sharu is petty reporting Raony to "avenge" her boyfriend (I guess Sharu and ioopy are dating).

Unless we are given more of the context to which Tim alluded to in the shoutbox, Raony's ban should stand.

Let's ignore all the discord conversations for a moment and focus solely on the in-game screenshot. If an admin can confirm that the IGN knowledge belongs to Raony, and that those whispers are real, then Raony should still be serving his ban.

Whether or not the report was made out of spite is irrelevant to me. Nobody forced Raony to type those words.

If something I've said here is inaccurate please correct me. Always say no to racism and misogyny.

 

Promote June to admin replacing Tim after his ban, this needs justice

Trust me- this is not a universal opinion. All I will (can) say is I hope this is cleared up to the best of everyone's abilities and not brushed under a rug. It's not right. It's not consistent.

This is a neutral POV and is on point. Tim felt that Sharu has a motive behind banning roany but it doesnt change the fact that the harassment took place.

What Tim should have done is not lift his friends ban (roany) and raise this issue concurrently. Now it seems like he is bias and changing the T&C just for his friend.

That implement this or i am out seems manipulative and unprofessional... Hope Tim can improve from this drama.But lets not deny what Tim has contributed over the past few years over this mistake ~

If it wasn't for June who leaked it, I think we would all still be in the dark. But like you said, we await the so-called "more context".

Edit: Change must come from the top. At the bottom, there's only so much GMs/Forum Mods can do. Start by being a role model for the rest to follow. This isn't the first time this happened also.

i think this drama not belong to harrasmant sharon, its feels like something else happend ther and its not about what Broky said,
to be 100% honest ill say that first of all Sharon, u r never got offended by this type of trolls because i have heard how u speaking and talking with ppl in game and vc abour ur life or about sexuality or stuff like this, i know u never got offended by this and even its make u laugh, but put that on side cuz u can get offended from who ever u want, its urs, but after i read what broky pm'ed u while ht is really not harrasment, if ur facebook acc not private and everyone in this server know ur real full name and ur picture posted by u in forums, so i dont belive he made u feel like he getting insde u private area cuz u was the one who expose urself ingame, second, about the harrasment, cmon sharon.. Broky can be sometimes roud or toxic but he is a good man and never tried to harras u in a bad way and if u in the same second just sayed to him that this type of conversation with u make u feel bad i am more then sure that Broky would apologize in the same second, but since he never try to harras u and to be honest we all know ur type of humor sharon and i never can belive that ur really got offended that.
but feeling its a private thing and u 100% allowed to feel how u want to..
so this was just my opinion guys, i love u both raony and sharon and i hope u didnt get offended by me but u both know i am honest man and i really think this ban deserve unban.

 

Guy is objectively a creep and doesn't deserve to be on the server. Guy all upset that people making fun of what country he's from but acts like an animal anyway. I'm biased as Sharon is a good friend of mine, but I can't think of anyone less deserving of this. Guy's game so embarrassing that he thinks offering squat lessons online makes him appealing, jesus christ the virgin vibes.
