There were three people who disagreed with you. That matches the amount of people who "supported" you overturning your ban.

You refused to compromise. I did not throw a tantrum. I didn't gaslight staff to support my initiative when my friend was banned.​

 

I usually like seeing two sides of the story but the proof Sharon has and how she was treated is absurd.

C'mon nobody would like to be disrespected like that even it's just for jokes and no real man even would let their woman get disrespected like that but I guess you don't see it that way.

 

@Tim i think that’s a fair response but I do think almost all players want transparency in this case. There’s no question 100% you have contributed so much to this game, but I think personally showing both sides would be great in this circumstance

 

Regardless of what you say, the tactic of discrediting what June and the community's reaction did by calling it a tantrum and mitigating the events as something smaller and trivial is textbook gaslighting and shouldn't be used as part of your defense and argument.

In generally this game its way too gender biased.It's sad that a mushroom game turns into a disaster of a harrasment issue.

 

A man harassed a woman then got unbanned before he could respond to Muff's questioning about the harassment. This response is beyond inconsiderate.

 

Tim, once again, I love you. Like really, I really really do. But please do not dismiss June by accusing her of throwing a tantrum. I specifically warned y'all about the enormous backlash that would come from this decision, and June was admittedly--but rightfully--beyond frustrated over the entire situation. But since the second she began to share her opinions she was dismissed by multiple members of Staff as being emotional. All of this commentary about how everyone in the community (except you apparently) are basing their opinions on their emotions is such a poor take. Please do better. Because I know you can, and because you must.

 

Regardless of what anyone shares or what your perception of someone is, it does not open the floor to sexual harassment. I can’t believe someone is trying to justify or rationalize this or deny this being harassment when the evidence is clear cut

Absolutely. He should have gone through the entire judicial process that Royals has strived to keep fair and unbias. This case is highly irregular and reeks of privilege.

 

Then how about an unbiased view? I haven't touched this god-forsaken server in a few months because of how incredibly toxic it is; not only the META but also the player and especially the mentality of the admins. Shame on @Dave Deviluke @Becca and whoever else was supporting @Tim . I thought these people were decent but it goes to show that abusing power and gaslighting is more important.

BTW, Shin and others from Fendi spam the N word and many of them are asian. You guys are supporting sexual harassment (if not reported in only 48 hours LOL) so are you going to support racism as well?

From the legal point of view, yes every cause of action has a limitation period, but 48hours is totally not justified. You can't free a criminal if the victim has not made a report in 48hours. Come on, setting a timeline doesn't seem like the Admins style herein as seen in your past conducts in processing ban appeals. Please spend some time to read up on your country's sexual harassment law and discuss with some learned friends before deciding too quickly on the timeline for the victim to make a report.
