Imagine going to school, and the girls of the class are passing picture of you saying you have a "small pp" how would that make u feel?
Now imagine that they go to the school bulletin board and post those images of you (from the year book that ofcourse u put there cuz everyone get a year book) and under that they would start saying "Hey! this guy has a small pp!" if it doesn't bother you at all, well gj! you are bulletproof, but other people might see it offensive and might having problem going to school the next day. some people even suicide for those kind of shaming.
The things that guy did (that you are trying to protect) are considered harmful. protecting such behavior is dangerous too, and it is dangerous for all of us.
Now to your other point. You say that because tim made this server, he is allowed to abuse its users, and ban people who oppose him. NOT true a business owner CANNOT abuse its clients! and club owners MUST recruit security to make sure no one gets harassed in the club. If someone gets harassed in the club they can file a lawsuit against the owners saying what happened to them. I don't think u understand the magnitude of the offense that happened here, there are people who suicide over harassments online, and if the admin remains quiet and let this behavior pass this place is UNSAFE and I am not going to continue playing this game.

So far, the OP has presented concrete and convincing evidence of a case of unambiguous sexual harassment by an offender who has yet to provide the same rigor of counterevidence otherwise.
