SmolChild and 1 more character which is a level 50 cleric i supposed. Cannot recall the IGN anymore. It's been too long since I played. I only have 2 characters
I have always abide the rules by voting once. This must be from the 2x vote event for month of June I supposed. (which I know you guys should be able to check the log activities or etc idk) I know of this 2x vote event and so I asked my brother to help me vote for me on SmolChild instead as I was away for a business trip meeting and wouldn't want to miss this good opportunity of 2x NX. But apparently I realised I am able to vote by myself and told my brother that I will do the voting myself but in chickybabyy instead as I trained to level50 for a reason to gacha There should be a miscommunication which leads to this outcome (vote abuse - voting twice on 2 characters). In order to vote, one need to know the ID. My brother only knows the ID for SmolChild and he voted for that which this isn't account sharing (Some people might say this is). I believe you can check the voting logs is just during the period of 2x NX vote event. From the day I first started, there isn't any violation of rules. So in summary, I am quite sure this is the incident which resulted in vote abuse. I feel wrongly banned. Hope to hear from you soon, Peter. Thank you
We have looked into your voting history. Unfortunately you will remain permanently banned on the following grounds as our current voting rules stand: 1. the amount of double votes registered is considered substantial 2. the vote abuse did not stop shortly after the end of 2x NX event 3. we are not convinced by the explanation of miscommunication as you could have just voted on SmolChild after you realised that you can vote by yourself.
