This just got me thinking, what evidence(s) did the other party provided that got said party unbanned? And even if the new rule is in effect immediately, it shouldn't be retroactive as said party was already banned, and is/should be going through the ban appeal process like everyone else, so why exactly was said party unbanned? ._.
