Let's discuss: do you think this deserves an unban?

relating to what both you and @Joez have brought up about what true leadership entails, i do wholeheartedly agree, but for the sake of staying on-topic with regards to this thread, i didn’t go on. since it’s kind of been mixed up together now, then i’ll clarify further

i’ve not insinuated in any of my posts that Tim is a great leader per se. i only ascertained the fact that he is the only current Staff member who is even capable of any leadership; the rest aren’t. at all. there is a significant and fundamental distinction between the two statements. some of the other ex-Staff members and i have consistently lamented the fact that the work distribution is too Tim- or Admin-centric, but again, this belongs in the other thread

it’s absolutely true when they say you can do 99 things right and no one will notice, but do 1 thing wrong and the whole world will be calling you out for it. even if it might have been a rather significant lapse in judgment for this incident specifically, this does not and should not discount all the good that he has done. we should really be trying to treat this as objectively as possible and not resort to ultimatums just for the sake of it

hopefully the right course of action will eventually be taken because after 30 pages of going back and forth, i'm sure this is already clear to everyone

 

Whoever said Tim is great at his work?
6 years you are an admin and you could not find any other candidates to share the work with you? They are not as good as you?
Or only you keep that work and abusing power whenever you can?

 

Tbh from reading pretty much everything I think everyone involved sucks ass. You're all children who let this "2D mushroom game" control your lives and cause so much drama. Admins suck, some GMs suck, many players suck. Everybody here is petty af, some more than others but....the fact that it even got to this point shows how immature you all are. Not that I'm the bastion of maturity, but this is next level.

 

Yes i think so, shouldn't spread rumour. The only thing tim should do now is admit that he is abusing admin power, and the community cannot lose him because he is the only admin beside matt.

The community cannot lose an abusing power admin like him then he will do whatever he want because he is the only one .
He will abusing power in future because after this, he know that no one gonna do anything to him, and he is a shameless person so he will keep it going uwu

 

What I've seen so far is when people try to stay on topic about sharon, another point is being brought in which leads other people to misunderstand and tend to get "off topic" and bring in another point which creates more and more misunderstandings. When people state another point in their statement, it somehow reminds me of 'The Butterfly Effect" (small problems escalating towards bigger problems).

Since we are on the topic of Tim's integrity as a staff member, how about I reveal what should have been revealed nearly 2 years ago?

Remember when pieces of your girlfriend's perfect int equipment got NPC'd by mistake? Just happened to be MONTHS before buyback became available, there were pages and pages of threads from people who lost ws/cs or other valuable items, and the response they received? (if they were even fortunate enough to get a response) 'sorry tough luck, buyback not out yet'. Yet when it came to your girlfriend's gear, you had no trouble in restoring the items. You were even triple checking what had an item tag, making sure that the correct items had the correct name tagged back onto the items when you restored them, so to not arouse suspicion.

Looks like that wasn't just a one off where you break the rules to support a homie, huh?

A number of players and I really need these questions answered in order for us to believe in the integrity of the staff/server and continue playing the game. Seeing how this thread is overwhelmingly popular, I do not want my questions to be buried. hope you understand my bumping this @Tim. Please take your time to answer.

Yep, but the fact that you're saying this to a BRAZILIAN makes it clear that YOU KNEW it was racism, and if the rule of 48 hours wasn't active right now I'd ask for your ban now.

Don't shield yourself with culture difference because there's no way someone would say that without knowing it was ofensive.
Seeing this made me hate most of you so much right now. This is hell.

Stop the drama guys, and move on with your lives. What's done doesn't matter now, and all that matters is that we RESPECT each other, with all the differences and such. That's all.

 

It's not the first time, when the gear was going to be restored, all the admins had a vote in it, deciding yes or no to breaking the rules for one specific person in mind

Of course nothing happened, hell, pretty much no one knows about it to begin with. That time has come to an end though since I'm done being silent about it.
