Hello! I purchased a Pet Label and Quote Ring for my pet, and while the Label works fine, unfortunately the Quote Ring is bugged with my pet. I can't talk to my pet and it doesn't respond/interact with me when equipped. I was wondering if there was any way I could please receive a refund for this item? Thank you for the report, and sorry to hear you are having problems with your Boxcat, We have identified the issue regarding text being displayed with quote rings for the following pets: White Boxcat, Tabby Boxcat, Black Boxcat, White Whale, Black Whale, and Pink Whale. Although I can confirm that the pet does actually respond to the commands, but the text simply doesn't appear above the pet. The issues have been fixed for the next update: Spoiler In the meantime, if you don't wish to wait for the fix in next update, I can offer you a refund for the quote ring, or a refund/exchange for the pet itself. All options will require to be done during a server check. Please let me know what you would like to do.

I originally asked for a refund as I wasn't sure how high this glitch was on your priority list, but if it's going to be fixed in the next update then no worries at all!
